{Video} El Salvador Impressive

Although El Salvador 's passing by a difficult weather situation along Central America, this small country has brave people who're working hard to get ahead of the disaster after their historical heavy rain/landscapes they had last week (see my post here).

To support this country, for 2012 you might consider having an amazing experience and adventure in El Salvador, taking one of the great routes/circuits such:  Flowers route, archaeological route, craft route, sun and beach route, route of thousand peacks, peace route or the volcano complex... it could be an option for your next vacation, right?

See this amazing and interesting video about what El Salvador has to offer!

El Salvador is impressive, right?

{Climate Change} Heavy Rain and flooding in El Salvador

Weeks ago I showed some air views for this amazing country: El Salvador (here)... now, this aereal pictures had drastically changed since one week ago: Central America`s having the heaviest rain in years, and El Salvador, records rain and flooding in the wholehistory: in 10 days it had 1,500mm of heavy rain (experts says like two years of rain in London) = up to moment: 32 deads (80 in Central America) and thousands of refugees.

It is so sad, but we need to stop this...too late? it might be, however if we don`t change our consumer behaviors and make smart choices, in years this images might be even worse.

Video

Are we doing something for the climate change?... I don`t think we`re doing enough... We should begin stopping irrational consumption.

So sad :(

{Showtime} Pan Am - Ich Bin Ein Berliner

Last week on Pan Am, the story was developed in Germany, where Maggie (Christina Ricci), intents to meet the President Kennedy when the crew was flying to Berlin (see the video here).

I was expecting more views about Berlin, but ... nope...not even The Wall back in that time, or a background when the former President of the United States, was giving his speech... Anyway, since i couldn't seen any of those special streets and views from Berlin, i decided to post some from my recently trip there....

{Hotel} Radisson Hotel and Suites - Fallsview

I had the chance to stay on this well located and quiet Hotel in Niagara Falls: Radisson Fallsview. Located in front of the waterfall in Fallsview boulevard, with an excellent view, lots of options to eat, in front to a Starbucks Coffee (!) This nice and clean hotel have the perfect balance for a great night after a great visit to the city or a wonderful visit to the Maid of the Mist.

The Lobby

A very very comfortable 2 king size beds...!!
The personal very nice. I migh change one thing... , the gym is toooooo small for a Radisson brand.

For more information visit their own website.

{Niagara Falls} The Maid of the Mist

I have been two times there; and i could live next to this wonderful nature: Niagara Falls is the second largest waterfall on the planet, and it is a true sensory delight with visual impact. Each year 12 million of tourist travel thousands of miles from around the earth to look at and be amazed as 750,000 gallons of water per second drops 170 feet from the upper Niagara River to the rock-Strewn canyon.
The Maid of the Mist, is a must on the city... Taking one of the most famous tour boat will take you to an impressive visit near the spectacular waterfall.

You can also play this video directly from the Maid of the Mist's website!

Me from the Maid of the Mist

There are several things to do: Casino, Cinema, Restaurants, but besides that, this is a must in Niagara Falls.
When do you want to go?

{Hotel} Country Inn & Suites - Atlanta Airport

I strongly recommend this affordable option when traveling or connecting trough ATL (Harsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport): Is the Country Inn & Suites at College Park, GA.

This Hotel covers the basics for a short term stay: Wireless Free Internet, Shuttle to the Airport and back (every 30 minutes), swimming pool, small fitness center, cozy Bar & Grill, nice and clean room & bathroom!,.. and breakfast is included (with my comment below).

I had only one thing to tell the hotel about:  Please, improve the look and taste of the breakfast, now with a lot of competitors, and having the breakfast the most important healthy way to start the day... it should be simple, and different than the one you have at the moment... Thanks!

Other than that, people and their services were great!...Enjoy the pictures, for more information about the Hotel, visit its website here!.

{Showtime} Janet Jackson

Pleasure Principle, Control, Miss you Much, What have you done for me lately, casi todos sus éxitos...

Approximately 2 years ago that Janet Jackson had canceled her concert in Montreal because, according to reports, he suffered a fall while on her essay. After that time we are delighted with her concert last night called 'Number Ones - Up Close and Personal`... with 5.462 spectators (who were not able to fill the Bell Centre), the sister of the King of Pop gave us a wonderful concert to remember all her hits.

Pleasure Principle, Control, Miss You Much, What have you donefor me Lately, almost all their success ... WOW (total sang 35 songs), I enjoyed last night with Janet, who at 45 years old, she gave us her full energy, giving us a concert in full quality! Leaving behind her usual impressive-full dancers and lights show, or even the most comment and controversial event she had, along Justin Timberlake on the Super Bowl back on 2004.

I leave you with one of her Top 1`s Song & Video (1986)
What have you done for me lately

News: Janet Jackson `All for you` dedicated to Montréal
Source: Janet Jackson`s Website

Janet Jackson’s number one hit “All For You” from the album All For You has been chosen as the song dedicated to the city of Montreal. Janet’s NUMBER ONES: Up Close & Personal tour, is her largest-ever world tour. Janet will dedicate a selected number one song to each of her fan-suggested stops. The show will be taking place in Montreal on August 1st at the Bell Centre.
The tour, in which the superstar set out to perform a selection of songs from her impressive 35 number one hits, has recorded SRO engagements throughout Asia, North America and Europe and due to such enthusiasm from fans and critics the NUMBER ONES: Up Close & Personal Tour has been extended to expand past the original 35 cities.

Of her upcoming engagement in Montreal the Icon has said,
“Hey, Montreal, I’m here and can’t wait to see all of you! This concert is all for you!”
In addition to her rigorous tour schedule, Janet has headed record-setting fundraising events for HIV/AIDS research and treatment, including hosting recent balls in Cannes and Vienna, which topped all prior fundraising amounts of those events. Prior to her upcoming tour appearance in Canada, Janet entertained in France for a giant fund-raiser where she became the first female artist ever to perform at the Louvre in the extraordinary IM Pei glass pyramid, raising funds for that most famous of museums.
The Icon’s current tour differs from her previous concert schedules of years past in that she will perform music exclusively from her chart topping CD NUMBER ONES. There is also a focus on venues that will allow Janet to be “up close and personal,” in a much more intimate settings. In each selected city, Janet will offer something different to her performance so no show will be the same. This tour is Janet Jackson more revealed, more intimate, and more personal than ever before.
Janet will also be selecting the first fan winner of the contest in voting for the each of the selected cities. The winner will be announced on www.JanetJackson.com and they will receive an autographed copy of NUMBER ONES and an autographed copy of her upcoming book "True You" (in stores now).
Her New York Times bestseller True You, published by Karen Hunter Publishing, an imprint of Gallery Books at Simon & Schuster is currently in stores and is continuing to climb the charts. Janet's first book reveals her unique, insider's perspective on dieting and exercise-from her past, present and her future. True You chronicles Janet's lifelong struggles with weight and self-esteem. The book is a self-help/esteem book where Janet uses anecdotes from her real life to illustrate the power of self-esteem and how she struggles and her continued growth as an artist and a woman.
